Guardianship can be an overwhelming
responsibility. The Guardian is not only responsible for the personal care and well being
of their Ward, but has a fiduciary responsibility to protect, control, and administer the
Ward’s assets.
Financial Assist provides assistance
with a Ward’s financial affairs as well as required court reporting. This includes
the payment of bills, maintenance of records, research of asset values, completion of
forms, preparation of Guardianship Reports, and Income Tax returns.
